Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training via BIG University
• Deliver training on brokerage processes and business systems




• Provide guidance on technology platforms like Power Broker
• Develop and maintain essential training materials
• Monitor learner feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• RIBO certification, Level 1 or higher
• At least 3 years in insurance brokerage
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Previous training facilitation experience
