Key Responsibilities:
• Update schedules, budgets, and maintain cost control
• Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders




• Record meeting minutes, track action items, and report progress
• Monitor change processes and prepare documentation
• Implement and monitor Project Specific Safety and Quality Plans
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Minimum 4+ years in general contracting
• Solid coordination and documentation skills
