Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project controls plans and procedures
• Track expenditures and manage contracts for accurate forecasting
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements
• Monitor contractor performance and support recovery plans
• Prepare monthly project controls reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
