As a Dental Resource Specialist, you will operate the mobile dental unit while providing direct client care and operational support in community settings. You'll be the primary liaison between The Alex and host sites, ensuring effective service delivery and client satisfaction. This role is essential in connecting families to critical dental resources and information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and maintain the mobile dental unit across various locations
• Develop relationships with host site teams and clients
• Handle client intake and manage scheduling




• Assist with infection control and supply management
• Collect data and document client interactions-based sessions
Requirements:
• Required post-secondary education, with a focus on dental or social work
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with three years of experience
• Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience in community service settings
• First Aid certification required within 30 days of hiring
