Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: Will train or equivalent experience Work site setting Outdoors Noisy Work setting School or educational institution/establishment Tasks Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques Instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities Prepare reports Understand principles of group dynamics Leading/instructing groups Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Supervision 16-20 people Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses HIGH FIVE training (principles of healthy child development) CPR Certificate First Aid Certificate Security and safety Criminal record check Child Abuse Registry check Transportation/travel information Own transportation Personal suitability Client focus Dependability Flexibility Initiative Organized Reliability Employment terms options Day Work Term: Temporary Work Language: English Hours: 15 hours per week
