Opportunities may include: Quality control, testing, and data analysis Production and plant operations support Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Equipment and systems troubleshooting support Project coordination and technical documentation These roles offer a balance of field-based and technical experience while working alongside experienced engineers, technologists, and production teams.

Heavy Duty Truck Technician Programs Students in Heavy Duty Truck Technician programs will gain hands-on experience supporting OSCO Concretes fleet and mobile equipment operations,



including: Preventative maintenance and inspections Assisting with repairs and troubleshooting of heavy-duty trucks and equipment Supporting maintenance planning, documentation, and safety programs Learning best practices in an industrial, safety-driven environment Business & Administrative Programs Students pursuing business-related programs may have opportunities to support day-to-day operations and internal services such as: Accounting & Finance Assisting with reporting, data entry, cost tracking, and financial analysis Human Resources Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR processes Operations & Administration Providing coordination, reporting, and organizational support across concrete and aggregate operations These opportunities offer exposure to the business functions that support industrial manufacturing and field operations.
