Sys is currently recruiting for a Commercial Renovation Labourer to be part of our clients dynamic team committed to excellence- located in the Saint John area.

Pay rate: $19-25/h based on experience + 4% vacation pay, paid weekly Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Restore and renovate various structures and spaces according to project specifications Utilize power tools and equipment to complete renovation tasks Perform concrete forming and finishing for construction projects Carpentry work including framing, installing doors, windows,



and trim Plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures and repairing plumbing systems Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide renovation projects Install cabinets and other fixtures in accordance with design plans Lay tiles and flooring materials with precision and attention to detail The Ideal Candidate will have the following: Proven experience in renovation and restoration projects Proficiency in using power tools and equipment for construction tasks Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and concrete finishing methods Solid carpentry skills with the ability to build, repair, and install structures Familiarity with reading and understanding schematics and blueprints Experience in cabinet installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting cabinets Expertise in tile laying, including proper preparation, layout, and grouting Please note that while we would like to thank all those who apply, only those who meet the above requirements will be selected for an interview.
