This full-time, permanent role requires extensive experience in residential and light commercial HVAC/R systems. Your deep knowledge of heat pumps, furnaces, and refrigeration will enable you to provide valuable technical support, conduct training, and enhance customer interactions. You will offer your skills across multiple communication channels and ensure effective solutions for every challenge in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver post-sales technical support via phone and onsite visits
• Troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC/R equipment




• Lead technical training sessions for customers and staff
• Manage high volumes of inbound support calls professionally
• Prepare detailed reports on technical issues and solutions
Requirements:
• Completion of an HVAC/R Technical program
• 5–10 years of hands-on field experience
• Solid knowledge of heating and refrigeration systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
