Job Description The supervisor is responsible for supervising all aspects of ground operations and ensuring they comply with Air Transat's high standards and safety requirements. As a company ambassador, they will also be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safety culture at all times. Ensure compliance with Air Transat's airport policies and procedures for passenger processing, both at check-in and boarding, by assisting and supervising handler teams. Communicate guidelines to airport business partners; As needed, attend operational meetings and follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with our suppliers; Conduct station inspections in accordance with company programs, identify corrective measures, and ensure their implementation; Provide coaching and mentoring to operational teams, both Air Transat's and those of various service providers; Manage station delays, emergency events, and irregular operations; Collaborate closely with airport authorities, government agencies, and stopover service agents. Qualifications





College diploma or equivalent experience in the field (an asset); Minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in passenger service, including 3 years as a team leader, passenger service; Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations concerning airlines, as well as regulations of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP); Extensive experience in ground operations and understanding of in-flight operations; Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure; Able to work flexible hours according to operational needs; Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite software; Oral and written fluency in French and English* *A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will need to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally. Additional Information

The workplace is at the airport and the work schedule is 4 days of 10 hours per week (day, evening, night, rotating).
