Duties and Responsibilities

- Install, set up and commission Cantos pre-roll makers under the direction of senior management.
- Operate Cantos pre-roll makers and hinge lid packers to meet daily production targets.
- Prepare, monitor and adjust feed material including oversight of milling and drying processes to ensure consistent machine performance.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on pre-roll makers, packers and associated equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and work areas, ensuring compliance with company quality control standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on makers and packers and resolve them efficiently.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new Cantos machines as production capacity expands.
- Ensure machines are producing at required performance levels, targeting an average of 3,500 packs per 8-hour shift per Cantos machine.
- Maintain detailed daily, weekly and monthly production reports including machine performance, downtime and corrective actions taken.




- Follow and enforce standard operating procedures related to production, maintenance and inventory control.
- Assist in training new machine operators on machine setup, feed preparation, operation and basic maintenance procedures.
- Support inventory tracking of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods in compliance with internal controls.
- Rapidly learn and maintain operational knowledge of hinge lid packers, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the Chief Operating Officer and production leadership regarding equipment performance, production challenges and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Perform other related production and maintenance duties as required.

Job Requirements

- 1 or more years of experience in highly automated pre‑roll producing machines
- College or vocational training certificate
- People skills and the ability to handle stress
- Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds
