In this key role, you will report to the Director of Contracts within Bombardier’s Business Aircraft division. You will oversee contract activities from aircraft purchase agreements to closeout, ensuring strict compliance with financial and sales objectives. Utilizing your contract management experience, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and foster effective negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support aircraft delivery with legal and commercial guidance • Manage purchase payment schedules and invoicing functions • Drive business results and develop risk mitigation plans • Draft various contractual documents including amendments and agreements • Participate in customer meetings and process improvement initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration • Minimum five years in contract drafting or management • Robust analytical, negotiation, and communication skills • Detail-oriented with effective time management abilities • Bilingual in English and French
