You will report directly to the Sr. Mill Manager, guiding a team of supervisors and tradespeople. Responsible for developing maintenance strategies, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance, you'll promote a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance and production operations. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping effective maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Surface Maintenance Group workflows and activities
• Work with stakeholders to set and track maintenance goals
• Oversee Capital expenditure and maintenance budget management
• Coordinate with procurement to align maintenance inventory
• Provide timely performance feedback and coaching
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in industrial settings
• Robust familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
• Advanced English proficiency and authorized work in Canada
• Completion of pre-employment checks required
