In this position, reporting to the Senior Lead of Training & Development, you will manage administrative duties related to training initiatives within the Human Resources Department. With a passion for improvement and a meticulous approach, you will support employee orientations and ensure training documentation is well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead orientations for current Elk Valley Resources employees
• Develop and document training materials in the Learning Management System




• Coordinate projects across departments for Training and Development
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
• Participate in audits for the training department
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite®
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with learning management systems preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
