Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist
Experience Level: Level 2
3-4 Months Contract
Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a temporary resource (3 - 4 months) to support the Finance Business Management team in supporting process optimization and enhancing documentation standards. This role will focus on analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements through structured documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map and document existing finance processes, including workflows, dependencies, and controls.
• Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed improvements.
• Develop clear, standardized documentation (e.g., SOPs, process maps, training guides).
• Support the implementation of digital tools and templates to streamline operations.
• Track progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, industrial engineering, quality systems management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills,



proactive and self-starter.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, and process modeling software (e.g., BPMN).
• Experience with digital transformation or automation initiatives is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
• Familiarity with business process modeling (BPM), Quality Systems Documentation (eg. ISO)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Understanding of financial systems and reporting structures.
