Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement recreational activities following care plans
• Assist with the development of activity calendars for residents




• Encourage residents to share their skills and knowledge
• Identify therapeutic goals in residents’ care plans
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Recreation/Leisure studies
• 2+ years’ experience in Long Term Care
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Knowledge of dementia programming needs
• Willingness to work flexible hours
