General Helper Position Summary The General Helper supports the Service, Sales, and Parts departments by assisting with shop organization, equipment movement, building maintenance, cleaning, deliveries, and general yard duties.

This role is essential to keeping the dealership clean, organized, secure, and operating efficiently.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn the heavy equipment and truck industry and advance into parts, service, or sales roles.

Key Responsibilities Yard & Shop Duties Keep yard, shop, and warehouse clean and organized Move trucks, equipment, and attachments around the yard Wash trucks and equipment Assist technicians with shop cleanup and organization Sweep floors, empty garbage, and maintain shop cleanliness Organize pallets, crates, and scrap materials Assist with loading and unloading trucks Deliveries & Runs Pick up and deliver parts and supplies Deliver equipment to customers when required Pick up tools, parts, and shop supplies from vendors Building & Property Maintenance Grass cutting and snow clearing (if required)
