Customer Experience Representative Emploi - Permanent Full-time - Agent/Clerk - Customer service Branch office: Winnipeg -Winnipeg Manitoba R2X 2Z7 As soon as possible Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day) Description: The Customer Experience Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience to Sani Marcs clients across its various business units.

Acting as a frontline ambassador, the representative handles customer inquiries, processes orders, and provides product and service support while ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Operations.

Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor the Customer Experience Representative performs the following tasks: Act as the primary contact, for our three divisions, on products or services and process orders in an effective and timely manner; Respond to customer requests such as return merchandise authorizations, delivery requests, out-of-stock items,
