The Team Lead, reporting to the Nurse Manager, will be responsible for clinical leadership, operational oversight, and staff development. Your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes and support quality initiatives in compliance with organizational standards, making a significant impact in multi-disciplinary care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day PACU and Day Stay operations
• Support staff training and performance feedback
• Monitor and assess patient progress post-surgery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for efficient operations
• Promote quality improvement initiatives and compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
• Current registration with CRNA and good standing
• At least five years of PACU or Acute Care experience
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
