Lead EHS initiatives at Eventscape in Toronto, Ontario. As the EHS Manager, you will ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of safety across manufacturing sites.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage environmental health and safety programs, oversee incident investigations, and deliver training to enhance safety culture. Your role includes collaborating with production leaders to integrate EHS practices into daily operations and driving continuous improvement in safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Ontario MOL, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Conduct and support environmental inspections and audits
• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments
• Oversee accident investigations and corrective actions
• Deliver EHS training for safety awareness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field
• 5–8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance practices
• Proven skills in incident investigation
• Ability to manage WSIB claims
