About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to take on a senior executive role with a focus on both strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional operations across a multi-province portfolio, ensuring that enterprise priorities are translated into field-level results. This includes overseeing clinic performance, financial outcomes, and leadership culture. The role demands a leader who can drive performance across a complex, multi-site organization,



and who is adept at building and developing high-performance teams. The Vice President will also be the key link between the head office and the field, representing the company with various stakeholders and driving continuous improvement through cross-functional governance.

Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in multi-site operations, with at least 3 years in an executive field leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing scale, complexity, and cross-functional initiatives, and solid financial acumen with direct accountability for P&L; and operational performance. Experience in dental or healthcare operations is a significant asset. The role also requires the ability to build alignment across senior stakeholders, field leaders, and clinical partners, and a strategic mindset with a focus on execution and accountability.
