Join BGC Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton & Area as a part-time Program Staff. Deliver educational and recreational programs for children aged 6 to 17 in a supportive environment.
This temporary role involves planning and supervising activities that promote positive relationships among children and youth. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, maintaining documentation, and adhering to safety and cleaning protocols. Your ability to build connections will play a vital role in their development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging recreational and educational programs
• Provide supervision and behavior management for youth
• Build relationships to understand participants’ needs




• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Follow safety protocols as set by AHS and the agency
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with children and youth
• In-progress degree in human services or related field
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• A satisfactory Police Information Check required
