This role, reporting to the Manager of Finance, involves careful review, coding, and payment of invoices. You will maintain vendor accounts and support month-end activities, requiring strong detail orientation and excellent judgment in a busy environment. Connections with vendors and internal teams will facilitate accurate approvals and expense tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify invoices using accounting systems
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in invoices




• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Contribute to improving efficiency in financial operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable or related experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and accounting software
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
