Work with Thales in Ottawa, Canada, as a Hybrid Project Planner/Scheduler. This role focuses on scheduling and implementing engineering changes for the AJISS Program, enhancing project management efficiency.
You will report to the Planning Group Lead while developing integrated schedules and facilitating workshops. With a minimum of four years in planning, your analytical skills will aid in tracking project progress and assessing schedule risks. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated project schedules efficiently
• Facilitate stakeholder planning workshops
• Track project progress and analyze variances
• Establish schedule baselines and manage changes
• Identify risks related to implementation activities
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field
• At least 4 years of planning experience
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of PMO standards and reporting
• Experience with earned value systems beneficial
