Key Responsibilities:
• Direct design of passive cold plate and manifold cooling systems
• Collaborate for effective integration across teams
• Manage product testing and iterate designs based on data
• Evaluate junior engineers' designs and provide constructive feedback
• Document and present engineering findings clearly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience required
• Proficiency in CAD tools like Solidworks
• Strong understanding of heat transfer and fluid flow
• Experience designing for mass production techniques
