An established consulting firm is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Manager to build and expand their Electrical Engineering department. This position combines strategic leadership with technical design oversight, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

You'll play a vital role in client development while nurturing future engineers through coaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the Electrical Engineering department
- Oversee all electrical systems projects from start to finish
- Meet all project schedules, budgets, and client needs




- Ensure rigorous QA/QC of engineering outputs
- Coordinate with project stakeholders throughout delivery phases

Requirements:

- Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree
- Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Ontario or eligibility
- Minimum of 10 years in Electrical Building Engineering
- Established leadership in design project delivery
- Knowledge of Ontario electrical standards and codes
