As the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, you'll be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of our mobile fleet. Your extensive background in the mining sector will guide your leadership as you promote safety and operational excellence. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to foster high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure a solid safety culture in maintenance operations
- Supervise mobile fleet maintenance and reliability
- Implement strategies for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Mentor and lead a team of tradespeople and technicians
- Collaborate with operations to maximize fleet performance

Requirements:

- Over 10 years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance
- Heavy Duty Mechanic qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Technical knowledge of mining equipment from CAT to P&H;
- Experience with maintenance systems like Oracle or SAP
