This role demands a strong customer service orientation while managing the efficient operation of the library's Service Counter and spaces. You will utilize your knowledge of library systems and policies to create positive interactions with patrons and support their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline library support and customer service
- Manage circulation services at the library Service Counter
- Ensure the operation and maintenance of library spaces




- Assist patrons with inquiries and library services
- Lift and move materials between campuses as needed

Requirements:

- Two-year Library Technician diploma or equivalent
- Experience with integrated library systems
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Previous public service experience is preferred
- Capability to lift 30-50 pounds as necessary
