This role involves ensuring the well-being of children, documenting interactions accurately, and supporting positive family dynamics within the Family Learning Place. You will be instrumental in maintaining safety, setting firm boundaries, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in line with Eagle Heart Centre's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor family visits to safeguard children's welfare
- Accurately document observations for ministry reporting
- Facilitate positive interactions between families
- Enforce program policies and safety guidelines
- Provide a non-judgmental and supportive setting

Requirements:

- Grade 12 or GED; education in relevant fields is preferred
- Experience with trauma-informed practices
- Excellent communication skills for engaging clients
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
- Current Criminal Record Check needed
