Deliver exceptional customer service as an In-Store Pick-Up Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops. Assist customers with order placements, while ensuring a smooth pick-up experience every time.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this role involves direct engagement with customers for order inquiries and processing. You will facilitate the in-store pick-up process by managing funds accurately and helping customers understand associated services.

Your ability to resolve minor issues and provide product knowledge will be essential in boosting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist in order placement
- Process pick-up orders from the Distribution Centre
- Answer questions about the ordering process
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and gift card sales
- Support other areas of the store as needed

Requirements:

- One year of sales or service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of outdoor lifestyle and products an asset
- Restricted and Non-Restricted Purchase License required
