Drive creative hardware solutions as a Hardware Engineering Manager. Lead RF, PCB, and mechanical efforts, ensuring resilience and field readiness from concept to production.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily operations across engineering disciplines, enhancing verification and validation processes. As a leader, you’ll collaborate closely with Firmware and QA teams while managing the roadmap execution through various phases including EVT, DVT, and PVT.
Your experience will guide the integration of design reviews, regulatory navigation, and the management of mechanical teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of RF, PCB, and mechanical engineering tasks
- Enforce rigorous verification and validation processes
- Conduct design reviews and manage ECO discipline
- Guide new product introduction with manufacturing partners
- Coordinate cross-functional integration among teams
Requirements:
- 8+ years in embedded hardware development
- 2–4+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Fluency in PCB design and SI/PI fundamentals
- Knowledge of RF concepts and EMC regulations
- Strong mechanical design management skills
