Our client seeks a Senior Controller to drive financial oversight and corporate accounting. This role focuses on group consolidation, financial statement preparation, and maintaining robust internal controls. You will also manage audits and lead a motivated team while improving financial systems and processes to align with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Manage external audit process from start to finish
- Mentor and develop 2–3 direct reports in accounting
- Lead financial systems improvement initiatives
- Partner with operations on financial analysis and projects
Requirements:
- CPA designation required
- 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Robust corporate accounting and audit management skills
- Experience with SAGE 300 or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to supervise and nurture accounting talent
