Toll Group is seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Operations Coordinator for its Global Forwarding team. This hands-on position involves managing day-to-day ocean freight and transport operations, overseeing both import and export shipments.

Candidates should have a solid background in global forwarding and demonstrate excellent service, compliance, and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight import and export shipments
- Liaise with shipping lines and transport providers for smooth cargo movement
- Monitor shipment progress and manage exceptions proactively




- Ensure compliance with customs and governance requirements
- Build strong customer relationships and respond to operational needs

Requirements:

- 2+ years' experience in ocean freight operations
- Strong knowledge of international freight and logistics services
- Experience coordinating transport within a freight forwarding setting

- Proficiency in Cargo Wise One and freight management systems
