The Controller will report directly to the CFO while managing the company's financial reporting and accounting operations. Candidates should possess a CPA designation and have 5-10+ years of accounting experience, including financial reporting leadership.

This role emphasizes building processes and internal controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting capital allocation in a lean organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS
- Own quarter-end and year-end close processes




- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and payroll
- Lead budget preparation and multi-year forecasting
- Interface with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

- CPA designation is mandatory
- 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in financial reporting leadership
- Mining or natural resource experience preferred
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Office365
