Join Kardium as a Systems Quality Engineer focusing on post-market analysis in Burnaby, British Columbia. Lead complaint investigations and collaborate across teams to drive product improvements in a hybrid setting.
This pivotal position allows you to utilize your substantial engineering background to analyze product feedback related to medical devices. You'll work closely with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to address complex complaints and guide corrective actions.
Your experience in data analysis and trend identification will enable effective risk assessment and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document technical investigations on product issues
- Investigate log files and replay data to support complaints
- Characterize issues and identify underlying trends
- Lead root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams
- Maintain a technical knowledge base for improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related field
- 5+ years in software or systems engineering
- Proven ability to diagnose complex system failures
- Experience with signal processing and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
