Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Consultants with servicing group and individual accounts
- Maintain accurate renewal calendars and timelines
- Process documentation including proposals and claims history
- Contact clients for updates on renewals and claims
- Attend client meetings and support educational sessions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in employee benefits
- Successful completion of LLQP or willingness to obtain
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
