In this full-time contract position, you will report to the Supervisor of Business and Financial Planning. Your role will involve assessing financial performance, leading budget development, and conducting complex analyses to improve investment returns and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze programs' financial performance and recommend actions
- Develop operating and capital budgets in partnership with clients
- Oversee the allocation of departmental expenses
- Create insightful financial forecasts and reports




- Review and analyze Council documents to offer sound recommendations

Requirements:

- Degree in business, commerce, or economics with CPA/CA/ACCA
- 5 years' progressive experience, preferably in the public sector
- Robust skills in MS Office, People Soft Financials, and financial modelling
- Capable of self-direction and problem-solving
- Effective communicator across diverse stakeholder groups
