Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager (Go-to-Market) to lead the delivery of an enterprise Go-to-Market transformation by aligning multiple workstreams to implement a recent commercial operating model. 6-month contract with possible extension Must Have: 15+ years of project/program management experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.

Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Experience managing external consulting partners and deliverables.

Strong knowledge of commercial operations , including sales, market segmentation, organizational design, and sales compensation.

Experience with project governance, risk management, and executive reporting .

Experience leading commercial or operational transformation programs.

Nice-to-Have:



Experience with Go-to-Market, sales effectiveness, or commercial transformation initiatives.

Experience in B2B, distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or other multi-site organizations. PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Experience supporting enterprise change involving people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Go-to-Market transformation program.

Manage project plans, governance, risks, and executive reporting.

Align internal teams and external partners across multiple workstreams.

Drive implementation readiness for the new commercial operating model.
