What youll do: Reporting to the Deli Manager, the Deli Clerks responsibilities will include the following: Maintain sections of merchandise (luncheon meat, cheese, home meal replacement, hot food, bulk product, packaged product) as assigned in an effective manner.

Fry chicken and prepare fresh value-added product and home meal replacement items as per established Co-op recipes and procedures.

Ensure the Deli Department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.

Provide customer service in line with the Co-op brand.

Observe and maintain sanitation standards and practices, maintain tools and equipment, and keep work area clean and neat.

Assist with other duties as assigned.
