**DESCRIPTION**
The Brand Ambassador promotes sales through education of specific vendor products and communicate product benefits.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**What You'll Do**
Represent leading brands in a professional, enthusiastic, and engaging manner.

Work at a variety of events, retail activations, roadshows, promotional campaigns, and special projects throughout the year.

Engage with consumers and create positive, memorable brand experiences.

Educate customers about products, services, features, and promotions.

Demonstrate products and provide hands-on product experiences when required.

Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and confidently recommending products or services.

Generate interest and excitement around the brands and programs you represent.

Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services.

Drive traffic and engagement at events and promotional activations.

Set up and maintain event displays, promotional materials, and product areas.

Follow brand guidelines and ensure a consistent brand experience.

Complete sales, customer engagement, or promotional activities as required by each program.

Track and report customer interactions, sales, leads, or other program results when required.

Work collaboratively with event teams, retail partners, managers, and other Brand Ambassadors.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing each brand.

Adapt quickly to different programs, products, environments, and customer audiences.

Attend occasional assignments throughout the year based on business needs and program availability.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**What We're Looking For**
Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, promotions, or brand representation is an asset.





Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers.

Friendly, energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.

Ability to learn and communicate product information quickly.

Sales-oriented and motivated by achieving results.

Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Ability to adapt to different brands, products, and event environments.

Comfortable standing and interacting with customers for extended periods.

Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.

Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules.

Access to reliable transportation may be required for certain assignments.
