**Job Overview**
As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will play a key role in fulfilling our mission: leading the development of our people to help build the best aircraft in the industry.
**What are your contributions to the team?**
Ensure the setup of training facilities and learning spaces required for various projects within the training centers.

Coordinate the logistics of training materials required for the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA training program.

Serve as the Master Trainer responsible for delivering SAP S/4HANA training to unionized employees.

Participate in the evaluation of new technologies to prepare training centers for the deployment of learning solutions.

Collect and analyze feedback from participants, trainers, and managers to continuously improve training programs and support the successful integration of new employees.





Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and activities to ensure alignment of practices and achievement of learning objectives.

Audit and support trainers and partners to ensure compliance, consistent application, and continuous improvement of training programs.
**How to thrive in this role?**
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or
You have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of technical training.

You have strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.

You have adaptability skills, with the ability to adjust to changing business needs and priorities while demonstrating creativity in ambiguous situations.

You have strong communication skills, with proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

You have strong technology and tool proficiency, including a good knowledge of project management tools, the Microsoft 365 suite, and learning management systems.

You have knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS), which is considered an asset.
