Student Project Coordinator

Our internships and Co-ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor.

Well help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work setting.

Projects are scoped in alignment with your term length, and typically focus on a current construction project.

We are seeking a student to join us for a 4 month co-op position starting in September 2026.

This position will be based out of Victoria, BC.

Coordination: Performquantitytakeoffs.

Coordinatesub-tradework.

Verifysiteconditionsandcoordinatewithdrawings.

Supervisesub-tradework.

Setupandmaintainrecordkeeping.

Layoutsitelinesandgradesusingtotalstation.

Scheduling: Updateprojectschedules.

Createmanualschedulesandupdateschedules Obtainschedulinginformationfromsub-trades.

Createandmaintaingraphicalscheduling Monitormanpowerproductivity.

Allapplicationsmustincludeacurrenttranscript As per Section 2 of the BC Pay Transparency Act, this position is eligible for a compensation range of $25-$29 per hour.
