THE ROLE STRIVE Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly respected real estate development organization known for its cooperative culture, long-term projects, and strong reputation within the Vancouver market as they are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing finance team.

This is an excellent Accounts Payable Specialist opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment and wants to build a long-term career within a stable and team-oriented organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently Code invoices and allocate costs to projects and job sites Match purchase orders, contracts, and invoices while resolving discrepancies Manage vendor inquiries and maintain solid vendor relationships Prepare cheque runs, EFT payments,



and wire transfers Reconcile vendor statements and AP accounts Support month-end close and audit processes Work closely with project managers and internal teams on cost allocations Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records and documentation SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience Experience within real estate, development, construction, or project-based environments is considered an asset Strong understanding of AP processes, reconciliations, and controls Experience coding invoices to projects or cost centres is highly valued Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach Whats In It For You Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits Work with one of Vancouvers premier real estate developers Collaborative, supportive team environment Long-term growth opportunities opportunities #LI-SR
