Job Summary The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment at the recycling plant, including forklifts and balers as directed by Supervisors.

This role supports daily operations by moving bins and bales, assisting with shipping and receiving, and completing required equipment inspections and documentation.

Duties are performed in a noisy environment and in all types of weather conditions.

This position reports to the Plant Manager.

This position will support the new contract starting in July 2026.

Position Description Safe and efficient operation of a Forklift or Baler Moving bins,
