On this page About the position Duties This position involves the planning, implementation and evaluation of training programs, and conducting educational research within National Defence (DND).

It possesses and applies knowledge of teaching methodologies, pedagogical concepts and practices.

The position participates in the following activities: The development and implementation of standards, testing procedures and best practices for training programs.

The establishment and approval of training products and services and performance evaluation programs.

The advice and guidance on training validation, curriculum and program adjustments and teaching practices.

Typically, the position reports to the Training Evaluation and Standards Manager or higher EDS position/military position.

Immediate vacancies include: - 1 English essential position on an indeterminate (permanent) basis in Esquimalt, British Columbia. - 1 Bilingual imperative (CBC/CBC) position on an indeterminate (permanent) basis in Quebec City, Quebec.
