Join Avalon Health Clinic as a Pediatrician and help build a modern outpatient pediatric practice in a newly built, turnkey medical facility in Saanich, Greater Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Designed from the ground up with physicians in mind, Avalon combines advanced technology, a fully integrated electronic medical record, centralized billing, dedicated administrative and MOA support, flexible scheduling, and thoughtfully designed clinical space to create an effective, patient- and family-focused practice environment.

Our focus is on reducing administrative burden so physicians can spend more time providing thoughtful consultative and longitudinal care for infants, children, adolescents, and families navigating medical, developmental, behavioural, chronic health, rehabilitation, and recovery-related needs.

Avalon is being developed as an integrated centre where pediatricians work alongside family physicians, nurse practitioners, counsellors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation clinicians, and allied health professionals within coordinated clinical pathways.

Pediatricians benefit from timely referral relationships, one connected chart and care plan, interdisciplinary case discussions, integrated allied health and rehabilitation supports,



and centralized operational infrastructure.

This team model supports continuity, developmental care, coordinated care planning, patient and family education, and a care experience that feels connected, respectful, and easier for families to navigate.

This position is based exclusively in our outpatient clinic and is not affiliated with the Health Authority.

As such, hospital privileges are not included with this role.
