Point Developer with 7 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise collaboration solutions using Share

Point Online, Microsoft 365, SPFx, and Power Platform .

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in modern Share

Point development, customizations, integrations, and production support while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise collaboration solutions using Share

Point Online and Microsoft 365 .

Develop custom Share

Point Framework (SPFx) web parts, extensions, and reusable components using React, Type

Script, and Java

Script .

Configure and customize Share

Point Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, permissions, workflows, and page templates.

Build and integrate solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs .

Participate in solution design, development, unit testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes and enhancements.

Prepare technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDD), deployment guides, SOPs, release notes, and support documentation.

Follow coding standards, secure development practices, version control, and release management processes.





Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, participate in sprint planning, and provide technical estimates.

Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365, Share

Point Online, SPFx, and Power Platform technologies.

Required Skills & Experience 7 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Share

Point Online and Microsoft 365 .

Hands-on experience in Share

Point Framework (SPFx) development.

Strong knowledge of React, Type

Script, Java

Script, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery .

Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.

Strong understanding of Share

Point site architecture, permissions, managed metadata, search, lists, libraries, and reusable components.

Experience integrating Share

Point with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API .

Hands-on experience with PnP Power

Shell , Share

Point Online Management Shell, and deployment scripting.

Experience using Azure Dev

Ops , Git/Git

Hub , version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices.

Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure Services and Entra ID (Azure AD) .

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
