Job Description We''re looking for a Senior Software Architect to lead the technical direction of our video management system (VMS) as we expand AI capabilities across the platform.

You''ll design how AI integrates into our cloud and on-premise deployments at scaledefining architecture, making trade-offs, and working hands-on with engineering teams to solve hard distributed systems problems.

This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role.

You''ll set technical direction and evaluate new technologies while also doing code reviews, proof-of-concepts, and debugging production issues.

You''ll report directly to the Senior Director of Engineering and work closely with product, security, and engineering leadership across our division.

The right person has built large-scale systems in production, has experience integrating AI services into real-world applications, and knows when to advocate for doing things right versus shipping something that works.

You should be comfortable both at a whiteboard and in an IDE.

This position is based in Vancouver, BC, and the candidate must reside in the Greater Vancouver area, as you will be required to go into the office on a hybrid work schedule.
