About the Opportunity Your role as a support worker will be providing support and actively engaging a supported individual to live a fulfilling and increasingly independent life.

You are a motivated and outgoing person with a passion to for person-centered supports.

This means you could be helping an individual to discover more of their community, learn new life-skills, find employment and more.

Some of your duties can include: Providing individuals support with various life goals Community outings (including, but not limited to volunteering, paid employment and leisure activities) Maintaining records of daily activities and goal progression Available Positions ( Permanent Part-Time/ Permanent Full-Time)



Position 1 Monday 9:00am- 5:30pm Tuesday 9:00am - 4:00pm Wednesday 9:00am - 5:30pm Thursday 12:00pm - 7:30pm Friday 9:00am-7:30pm Position 2 Thursday 4:30pm-7:00pm Friday 4:30pm-7:00pm Position 3 Thursday 9am-3pm Friday 9am-2pm Position 4 (Temporary Part-Time Hours) Wednesday 9:00am - 2:30pm About You You are interested in supporting others and show an understanding of the person-centered and active support approach.

Additionally, you have the following requirements: Required: Class 5 drivers license Access to a vehicle First Aid and CPR Certificate Clear criminal record (paid by CLS) Clean drivers abstract Assets: Prior paid or volunteer experience Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Mandt
