Our client, a growing and dynamic organization located in Downtown Vancouver, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice entry, coding, payment processing, and related journal entries, with a focus on freight and inventory-related transactions.

Process and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities.

Prepare and complete bank, credit card,



and intercompany reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.

Maintain positive relationships with vendors and respond to supplier inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.

Assist with cash flow reporting and short-term cash forecasting activities.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the Accounts Payable function.

Support month-end close activities and assist with special projects and ad hoc accounting duties as required.
