While this is a private clinic, staffing and HR are managed through Island Health, removing the administrative burden of personnel management.

The clinic is fully integrated with the Myl EMR.

This clinic benefits from participation in the Oceanside Primary Care Network, providing you with direct, in-practice access to a Registered Nurse (RN), Social Worker, and a Clinical Pharmacist.

Full time or Part-Time Hours of Work: Flexible, Monday-Friday Overhead: TBD Benefits: May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy agreement including: Fee Premium - 4.62% Annual Flat Fee - $7,.68 Recruitment Incentive - $10, (pro-rated for FTE amount) Relocation Costs - up to a maximum of $15, (Depending on location moving from) CME - $2,/annum year 3-4 and $4,/annum after 4 years in the community The above amounts are current as of May and may be subject to change.
